As an experienced designer and researcher at IBM iX Berlin, I focus on creating digital products and services for various industries such as energy, e-commerce, and insurance. Through research and prototyping, I ensure that ideas are validated before implementation. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I strive to deliver value to both users and customers. Currently, I am involved in the IBM Garage for Sustainability, working on projects like the research conducted for Fortum Oyj, a Finnish utility company.
